Bingo has such a great enthusiasm for life and enjoys a number of activities like playing with balls, accepting treats, cuddling, and walks. He`s a wonderfully social dog and is well past the puppy stage of life, making him a great choice for a family who is active but not overly enthusiastic about adopting a puppy.
Bingo’s Foster Update! - He is continuing to thrive in his foster home and is regularly calm and regulated in all scenarios. He`s explored bustling city streets, met dogs and people, and is at home in nature and in the living room. They say he chills out very fast and is a very content dog overall. He settled in quickly and has been such a well-behaved houseguest. He loves meeting other dogs and only ever shows interest in playing. His foster family says he does wonderfully when left alone for a few hours and is full of affection when they’re together. Bingo gets extra excited for car rides now because he knows they usually lead to fun adventures. His activity level is just right too: playful in the mornings and early afternoons, then ready to snooze the rest of the day. `We were able to spend more time with Bingo and our friends who are fostering him. He is such a beautiful and friendly boy! He is so incredibly affectionate and just loves to give and get lots of love! He is so big and at first glance he can look intimidating but he is just a big softy! His demeanor is just a big dog who wants some love! We have two little dogs and he was great around them. Our youngest dog, was a little standoffish with him and he totally respected her boundaries. He just wanted to play, and continued wagging his tail! He really grabbed our hearts during the few days we spent with and around him. He really will make some family very lucky to have him!`
Age: 5 years Mixed Breed: Terrier Mix Other Dogs: Would be best paired with a dog or two who are more on the submissive side as his play style is a bit dominant. He does respect boundaries when they are offered. Cats: No Kids: We think he will do well with all ages. Weight: 67 pounds Home Type: Active Known Commands: `Sit` Walks well on leash
If you are interested in adopting Bingo please fill out our online application at highsierraanimalrescue.org. Once your application has been reviewed and approved we will work with you to schedule an appointment. Please no `drop-ins` to view dogs without an appointment. All High Sierra Animal Rescue dogs are spayed
