Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Neville Longbottom is a one-year-old, playful, energetic guy who’s looking for a home that understands young cat energy. He was returned to our care because he’s very playful and truly needs a young, confident feline friend to help him burn energy, bond, and learn healthy social play.
Neville can become overstimulated at times, so he’ll do best with an adopter who is patient, engaged, and willing to continue working with him using structured play, interactive toys, and positive reinforcement. Consistency and routine will help him thrive in his new home.
He’s also gained a bit of extra weight and would love a home that encourages daily play and exercise. With the right environment and companionship, Neville has all the makings of a fun, loving, and rewarding companion. 💚

More about this rescue
Welcome to Love Me True Rescue. This rescue began out of my overwhelming love of animals. From injured birds to stray dogs, growing up I always felt compelled to save animals in need. While living up north, I had the opportunity to volunteer at a local shelter. I met many sweet animals who ended up being euthanized for lack of space or for being deemed "unadoptable". One dog in particular who broke my heart, was Penny. She was a boxer mix and one of the sweetest dogs I have ever met. After being returned to the shelter twice for fear aggression she was put to sleep. I wasn't able to save her life, but I knew this was my calling, and I vowed to save others like my Penny. By the grace of God (and wonderful donors and volunteers) I have been able to start this rescue, knowing I have been equipped to help these homeless and unwanted cats. This rescue's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find safe forever homes for kittens and cats who would be euthanized or abandoned. I thank you for your support and love. This is for you, Penny!
God Bless,
Lisa Di Donato
