Caroline has been thriving in an amazing foster home while getting some top-notch training. Here’s what her trainer has to say about her progress:
How She’s Doing
Caroline is calm and relaxed once she’s had her exercise and enrichment time—she’ll happily curl up and nap afterward. She’s e-collar conditioned (using beep/vibration for recall), walks beautifully on leash, and does great on pack walks with up to six other dogs!
She’s also comfortable on the treadmill and loves Canicross, so she’s ready for any adventure. Caroline is fully potty trained, easy to bathe, and rides well in the car.
She enjoys playing with dogs of all sizes when play is structured—she can get a little excited at first but settles quickly with guidance. She also has excellent crate manners, going in calmly and resting quietly after activity.
Her Perfect Match
Caroline will thrive with a calm, confident leader who enjoys daily structure and staying active. She does best with a balance of mental challenges, physical exercise, and quiet downtime.
A secure 6-ft fence is recommended, as she’s athletic enough to hop a shorter one if she’s bored—so supervised yard time is a must! Her trainer has also offered post-adoption support and guidance to help make her transition smooth and successful.
