BK the man is ready for adoption!
This super sweet guy is looking for the perfect family to call his own! BK does amazing with dogs! He will be headed to the shack this week for cat testing. He thinks he’s a parrot and LOVES to be on your shoulder and really just anywhere that includes him being loved on. He is THE sweetest cat. He is FIV+ but that’s not really a big deal!
His left eye has a cataract from having an ulcer that healed when he first got here. This boy is hefty coming in an almost 10lbs! He loves to play explore! He’s very confident! He is seriously such an amazing cat, anyone would be lucky to have him!
Someone please give this amazing boy a home!

Neutered, FIV+, microchipped, dewormed, on flea prevention.

I do everything I can to ensure they're going to the best home for them. We all review the application and if we have any doubts we don't follow through with that adopter to ensure we're keeping them safe

Our rescue is run at our house in Cat Shacks. Appointments must be made in order to come see the cats. Any adoption events that we will be attending will be posted to our Facebook page.

More about this rescue

We are a small cat based rescue in chiefland, FL however we take in urgent dogs as well when needed. When I moved back to Florida from Michigan last year I was quickly reminded of how different it is here. The strays running wild everywhere, people abandoning their animals, adopting out sick cats, not helping the hurt ones. It breaks my heart. I have the finances to help now, so I'm doing everything I can to give these cats the life they deserved the first time around.
