Kit came to Rescue when a Dog Trainer found her in a high kill rural shelter as a 5 mo. Old puppy. She has a wonderful personality and the Dog Trainer took her to be part of a Prison Training Program. She's a medium sized dog and will enjoy an active lifestyle along with being a wonderful loyal canine companion. Kit's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. At this time we know she's wonderful with other dogs, but cats are an unknown and updates will be available, soon. Affectionate, obedient, and docile describe Kit's nature and demeanor. Though sometimes shy around strangers, once acquainted, she demonstrates warmth and affection. She knows and complies with all her basic commands. She crates on command, rings the bell when needing to go outside, and entertains herself throughout the day. She retrieves the ball as play and associates well with other dogs. She has never shown signs of aggression. Her only area of concern is her excitability in highly stimulating environments; otherwise, she is the perfect pet.
