Cabby is a pint-sized cutie packed with energy, and she would be amazing at any dog sports! Fly ball! Agility! She will always have a ball or toy in her mouth. The only thing she loves more than her toys is being with people. Cabby is very affectionate and sweet as can be! She loves everyone, children included. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm & flea/tick prevention.

We have monthly adoption events at Lume in Petersburg and Tractor Supply in Dundee, MI.

More about this shelter

We are a family run rescue that we have established on our property. We pull from local animal control and shelters, as well as owner surrenders and high risk shelters. At Hard Licker Ranch we operate in small packs so that we can socialize the dogs as well as to understand the most about their personalities. We have 2 barns that are temperature controlled, and the dogs have 24 hour access to come in and out through weathered doggy doors. We do it to make life better for every dog that comes into our care and give them a second chance. We also do community outreach and TNR. Our rescue is also a Sanctuary for barn cats who need a home!
