Gino est un petit parfait! Gino est un jeune chat qui, malgré des premiers mois de vie difficiles, reste une petite boule d’amour. Ne pensez pas sortir du lit le matin tant qu’il n’aura pas eu son câlin ! Il reste toutefois un chaton plein d’énergie, prêt à jouer avec tout ce qui ose bouger (que ce soit des plantes, des baguettes ou de la neige). Gino adore l’attention et sera toujours dans la salle dans laquelle vous êtes et s'il veut quoi que ce soit il saura vous le faire comprendre avec ses petits miaulements. Suite à des soucis de digestion, Gino se nourrit exclusivement de pâté hypo allergenique. Il a également des suppléments /médicaments (huile végétale, fibres, lactulose et cidapride) à prendre tous les jours matin et soir dans sa nourriture. Gino est un chaton donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 340$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné, micropucé et négatif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) ainsi que la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Vous avez aussi droit à une consultation vidéo gratuite de 30 minutes dans le premier mois suivant l'adoption avec notre consultante en comportement félin FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ).

Additional adoption info

All new adoption homes are carefully screened to determine if they are suitable. There is an adoption fee that includes the sterilization, initial vaccination of every animal, testing for FIV and FeLV of all cats at the shelter, and a 21 days trial period. A contract is always signed between the ARN and the adopter for their protection. A follow-up by an ARN adoption coordinator is often done either by telephone or by visit, and we also offer help/cousel for the life of the cat.

We hold weekly adoption clinics at pet supply stores throughout the Montreal area, and the South Shore to find permanent homes for our cats and dogs.

Join Our Team! We are always on the look out for new volunteers. Give as much or as little time as you can. We need more people in our teams, for the following tasks:
