9 MONTHS! Yes, 9 solid months - that is how long Ally has been waiting for her forever home! There has got to be someone out there for this sweet girl. Ally has recently completed a 3 week Board and Train program where she was learning how to have better impulse control and to have better communication with her human. The trainer will work with Ally's adopter to help transition her to a new home and to teach the adopter the best way to communicate with her. This girl is deserving of her own home. If you are looking for a small, fun, energetic, loving pup, give Ally a chance!
Meet Ally, the DEAF doggie! (Dynamic, Energetic, Adorable, Fun!) I actually really am deaf, but don’t let that scare you away! I’m a typical young pup who loves people, kids, dogs, and life! Want to play with a ball, I’m your girl! Want to go for a run, I’d love that! Want to snuggle on the couch, I will do that too! I have been learning some signs for basic commands, such as sit, lie down, off, stay, and free. I LOVE treats so that really helps with my training. If you are willing to put in the time, there is nothing I can’t learn! I enjoy being outside and playing with humans or dogs, but can also entertain myself for a while. I am a fast and agile girl! If you ever wanted a dog to do agility, I’m sure I’m up for the job! Any dogs in your home will need to be tolerant dogs, as I’m all about playing. I prefer a physically fenced yard, as I can’t hear you call me back and may wander out of the yard. My trainer has worked with me using an ecollar that will go with me to my forever home. Since I was abandoned in an apartment, I need time to build up trust that you aren’t going to leave me and never come back. I feel most comfortable when I am with my people. I can be left in a crate, and I sleep on a dog bed at night next to my foster’s bed. I certainly wouldn’t mind if you want me to sleep in your bed with you! I love to burrow under the covers like a typical pittie! Although I love kids, I can be jumpy so either older kids or dog savy kids would be best with me. I am completely potty trained and have never had an accident in my foster’s home. I’m estimated to be about a 1.5 years old, and I weigh around 40-42 pounds - the perfect size! I’m already spayed and up to date on my vaccines. I’m ready for my forever home if someone is willing to take a chance on me! My adoption fee is $400 which goes towards my spaying, vaccines, medical care and microchip, not to mention my food!
