My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌟 Meet Obi – Your Silly, Sweet Adventure Buddy! 🌟

Obi is a 1-year-old Boxer/Pittie mix with a heart full of love, a brain full of curiosity, and enough energy to fill your home with joy. This affectionate, playful boy thrives on cuddles, toys, and food puzzles like Kongs and snuffle mats. He’s smart, food-motivated, and learning the ropes of life with consistency, patience, and structure.

Obi is currently thriving in foster care, where he’s mastering potty training, chew rules, and gaining confidence every day. He’s affectionate with people, loves playtime, and enjoys cozy snuggles—but he’s still a little wary of new sights and sounds.

Obi is dog selective, so he’ll do best with the right canine companion who knows how to play nicely and respects his boundaries. With the right family, guidance, and structure, Obi will continue to flourish and show just how sweet, loyal, and clever he truly is.

More about this rescue

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
