Riley is a sweet girl in need of a forever home! Riley's a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She's extremely kind and appreciative of attention. Riley has a funny habit of falling asleep with her head on her foster girl's foot.
Riley's great with other dogs, we don't know how she is with cats (likely fine) and loves kiddos.
Riley's 10 months old, spayed, fully vaccinated, house-trained, and ready to be adopted.
History: an 'unnamed rescue' apparently took in Riley and her 9 siblings when they were tiny puppies, adopted out a few of them, then abandoned the rest of them at a vet (Town and Country Animal Hospital- that was thankfully kind enough to hold onto these abandoned dogs until someone adopts or rescues them). This rescue, my rescue, found out about these dogs and their plight via a rescue contact.
Thanks to Jocelyn and her family agreeing to foster Riley, we've been able to 'rescue Riley' from living in a cage in a vet hospital... and now we work to find her a forever home.
