My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✨ Meet Zsa Zsa ✨

Can you believe this little cutie was once on the shelter red list in the desert region? Thankfully, we couldn’t leave her behind—so now she’s safe, loved, and ready for her forever family!

Zsa Zsa is a tiny bundle of sweetness, weighing under 8 lbs and just a little over a year old. She’s playful, cuddly, and her big, soulful eyes will melt your heart. She loves to snuggle and has settled in beautifully with dogs of all sizes and ages.

Zsa Zsa does have a birth defect called ectopic ureter. She has already had surgery with limited success, which means she may always have a little leakage. She is house trained and may just need to wear a cute little pantie from time to time—something she takes in stride. Because of this, she is considered a special-needs adoption, but she doesn’t let it slow her down one bit. She’s still happy, bouncy, and full of love to give!

Zsa Zsa is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit public charity that solely relies on volunteers and donors to support our efforts. With the public's support, we are able to rescue euthanasia-listed dogs from shelters all over California, bring them into a loving environment and nurture them back to health and then help them to find their forever home and family.
