Meet Maya – Playful, Affectionate, and Full of Personality!
Maya is a sweet, friendly pup who has overcome a tough start and is thriving in her foster home—but she’s still searching for her forever family. She’s incredibly affectionate with humans and gets along with all types of dogs when properly introduced, as long as they aren’t dominant.
She’s working with a trainer to develop her best manners and is learning to manage her excitement, especially when greeting people. Maya loves chew toys and is full of playful energy. While her foster is teaching her how to use a pool, she currently prefers a bucket—her quirky personality shines through in everything she does! 😅
Maya has recently shown a talent for climbing, even hopping onto an outdoor kitchen counter, which hints that she could be a fantastic candidate for agility classes. She’s best suited for a home with older kids who can handle her enthusiasm and playful hugs.
