My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✨Classy ✨

🎂 Approximate birthday: 8/16/2012

🦴 Breed: Mix breed - maybe Pibble/Land Seal 😜

⚖️ Weight: Approximately 35 pounds

💔She has actually been at the shelter since August 15, 2024! She was running at large with her son after their owner had went to jail. No one was caring for them 💔. She came in with horrible skin, not spayed at 12 years old 😬, heartworm positive, and mammary tumors. The odds were stacked against her! But she has amazing and was promoted to office manager!

🐶 She is good with some other dogs! A test is absolutely necessary if there are others in the home.

👧 She has been fine with our dog savy kid tester. Ashton’s 8 years and has always been around animals since she was born. So you can always bring your kiddos to meet in person.

🐱She has recently decided to love cats! She absolutely loves being in their room for snuggle time 🐾

✅ She is FULLY vetted now

🫀🪱 She is heartworm positive 💔, and we do keep her on monthly preventative for the slow kill method. Anyone interested in adopting must have a plan with their veterinarian for future treatment/prevention.

💲Her adoption fee is $125 which includes includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (Rabies, parvo/distemper/lepto, and kennel cough), heartworm test (age appropriate), heartworm prevention while in our care, and microchip.

🏡 Apply to to give her a furever home through our online application

More about this shelter

The Humane Society of Muhlenberg county is a non-profit, low budget organization striving to help as many homeless, unwanted animals within our power! We are heavily donation funded and receive very little funding for sources outside of our donors! We try our best to help our community in any way possible,We believe that the best way to help all furbabies in need is to start at the source; to educate and inform owners and potential adopters on the importance of altering your pets, parasite prevention and all the reasons to adopt, NOT SHOP!
