Thistle is a very loving cat who gets along well with other cats. She can be shy at first and may hide while she adjusts, but in quiet moments she’ll come to you for affection. Once she feels safe, she’s gentle and sweet. Thistle is currently awaiting a full mouth extraction due to gingivostomatitis, a painful inflammatory condition of the mouth. Removing the teeth helps treat this condition by eliminating the surfaces that trigger the immune reaction and chronic inflammation, often bringing significant relief and long-term comfort. She can be adopted now and return to the shelter for her dental procedure once it’s scheduled.
