It’s Bumble here saying hello! I’m a happy, healthy, lovable, relaxed, friendly, calm, and quiet dog looking for my rescue family. I have spent all of my 23 months of life living in two shelters and I`m pretty tired of this.....may I please go home with you and start a new life?
I have big brown eyes, big soft ears and a slight underbite. I take treats very gently and I love being outside taking in all the smells. I know the `sit` command and I`m food oriented so you could teach me more tricks. I need a family to help me become a super dog and I need extra training and help to learn dog skills like `come` and `stay` but I am endearing and teachable.
I have played well with other dogs at the shelter and prefer mellow dogs that like to play easy. I would be a good canine companion for children. Staff here say that I am a sweet boy, very compliant and my big smile will make you smile too.
I am neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccines and lots of fun to be around. I am more fond of being with people than anything else and you`ll enjoy seeing my fun zoomies.

Our Mission
The Humane Society of Sedona is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of pets in our community and beyond. The Society has served the Verde Valley since 1966.
The Linda and Allan Brecher Center for Animals at the society is designed to allow every person, who desires the love of a pet, to adopt and provide a forever loving home. The Center provides quality care and positive reinforcement behavior training for adoptable pets. Passionate volunteers help walk and socialize the pets in our care. Foster pet parents are an important part of caring for pets outside the Center.
The Society provides vital services for pets and people alike through income-based affordable spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination clinics. Also, for families in need to feed their pets, we have a Pet Food Program.
Another public resource is our adult and youth educational programs.
The Society relies on community support, contributions, grants, bequests, investments, proceeds from the Society’s thrift stores and some fees for service in order to save pets’ lives.
