Samson (GA) is a male Pit Bull Terrier mix estimated to be 6 weeks old at the time of intake in early February 2025. Samson is up to date on core vaccinations and is microchipped. He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Samson is good with people of all ages and other dogs. This happy guy was rescued from an apartment where he had been abandoned to fend for himself. Fortunately, Samson was rescued from the apartment and brought to a shelter. His story doesn't end there, though. The shelter was going to euthanize Samson because he had ringworm! Well, not today . . . Samson is now a Rescue Dogs Rock guy, that ringworm was treated and he's now on the road to happiness! Samson is not a city type of guy; he prefers a quiet suburb or country life. Samson is handsome, sweet, adorable and friendly.
