$50 Adoption fee! Why so low? Yakima County is spilling over with stray and dumped dogs. Our goal is to get dogs into the right homes ASAP so we can help other dogs in need. It's not about the money, it's about finding the right home for these pups! Sissy was dropped off at the Humane Society in horrible condition - severely matted and nails so long they were curled in loops and digging into her paw pads. She also had severe dental disease and most of her teeth were pulled. Since being cleaned up and properly cared for, her bubbly personality is shining through! She is a super cuddle bug, loves being with her people and sharing space with other dogs. Her best friend Daisy came from the same home. It would be great if they could be adopted together, but they don’t actively search for each other at home, so we think they’d be fine in separate homes. Don’t let her age fool you, she still has a lot of pep in her step. This dog is located in Selah, WA. PetFinder allows multiple postings of the same animal as long as the postings are 100 miles apart from each other. This way we can reach far and wide to find the perfect home for this dog. If driving to Selah is difficult for you, we will do our best to find a rescue partner to meet you halfway.
