Hi Ruby!

This gorgeous girl has been waiting for her forever home since May 2024, making her one of our longest residents—and one of our most adored. A total volunteer favorite, Ruby has perfected the art of cuddling and is convinced she’s a lap dog (we don’t have the heart to tell her otherwise ).

She came to us from a Lancaster breeding farm where she was no longer wanted, but from the moment she arrived, Ruby knew she was safe. Her past may be written on her body, but her spirit is full of joy. She’s a happy, social lady who LOVES the play yard, fresh air, and snuggles galore. And her zoomies? Legendary. We’re talking full-speed, tail-wagging, tongue-flopping joy.

Ruby is looking for a home where she can be your one and only dog, and she’d prefer an adult-only household where she can relax and be her best self.

Our volunteer will work on approval which includes landlord / vet / personal references and a conversation with the applicant

Meet the Pet

After approval, we will set an appointment with the pet you chose or for open meets with pets that fit the criteria

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If you love the dog, you will sign the adoption paperwork, pay the adoption fee and the pup is yours!
