Meet Denni – The Sweet Shoulder-Perching Snugglebug

Denni is a one-year-old sweetheart who has spent her entire life here at the shelter, patiently waiting for her forever family to find her. Though she’s still young, Denni has already shown us what it means to be strong, gentle, and full of love.

Last month, in October, Denni had to have a full mouth extraction to keep her healthy and comfortable. But don’t let that fool you — this brave little girl hasn’t let it slow her down one bit! She eats, drinks, and plays just like any other cat, proving every day that her spirit is unshakable.

Denni is calm, affectionate, and adores spending time with her humans. One of her favorite quirks? She loves to perch on your shoulder like a little bird, happily watching the world from her cozy vantage point. When she’s not exploring or playing, you’ll usually find her lounging in her hammock, daydreaming about the day her favorite person finally walks through the door.

Denni’s gentle nature and loving heart make her the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal friend. After a year of waiting, she’s so ready to trade her hammock at the shelter for a warm lap in her forever home.

Could that special someone be you?
