Meet Bacon Bit — Your Adventure Buddy with a Chill Side!
Bacon Bit is medium in size in a perfectly balanced package! This handsome 1-year-old hound mix may look like a pittie in pictures, but he’s 100% hound through and through — from his gorgeous coloring to his love of the great outdoors.
Bacon Bit is an easygoing, well-mannered pup who walks nicely on leash and enjoys nothing more than a good hike or exploring the yard on a sunny day. He’s got a keen nose and a hunter’s heart, always curious and alert on adventures. But when the action slows down? He’s just as happy to chill by your side, soaking up the quiet moments.
Whether you’re looking for a trail companion or a laid-back best friend, Bacon Bit is the total package — loyal, adaptable, and ready to fit right into your life.
All he needs now is a forever home where he can keep living his best life — exploring, relaxing, and loving his people. When you meet Bacon Bit you will see why everyone falls for this easy, lovable hound!
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.
We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
