My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Anastasia Buttercup, a delicate and gentle soul seeking a patient and understanding forever home. While she may be reserved around new people, her heart truly blossoms in the company of her feline friends. Anastasia thrives in the presence of other cats, enjoying playful interactions and the comfort of companionship.

This sweet girl has a particular fondness for Churu treats, often expressing her delight with soft, endearing meows. Offering her one of these treats is a surefire way to earn her trust and invite her into a bonding moment filled with gentle pets and affectionate purrs.

In her foster home, Anastasia formed close bonds with her kitty companions and coexisted peacefully with the 60 lbs. dogs. Currently, she shares her space harmoniously with two new feline pals, showcasing her adaptable and friendly nature towards other animals.

Anastasia Buttercup would flourish in a calm and serene household, ideally with older, gentle children or an adults-only environment. Her ideal home would include other cats, as she truly enjoys their company and engages enthusiastically with a variety of cat toys. If you're a cat-savvy individual or family captivated by her mesmerizing amber eyes and ready to provide a loving, patient home, Anastasia is eager to meet you.

Come visit Anastasia Buttercup at the Napa Petco and discover the joy of welcoming this precious, coy girl into your heart and home.

If you want to confirm the location of the kitty in this listing, please give us at least a week's notice via wtfnapa@gmail.com or (707) 258-2287 so our volunteers have time to answer messages and get back to you. Thank you!

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
