My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maverick! This sweet boy has been waiting for over a year with his brother Zeus to find a furever home. Although he is shy and reserved with new people and places, boy does his personality come out when he gets to know you! This patchy tabby is the silliest goofball! He’s a huge ham and loves to flop over on the floor right in front of you begging for scritches. He’ll even flop on your feet if you aren’t fast enough with those pets! And sometimes he’ll even bestow little love nips to make sure you notice him! The best is when he just jumps in your lap for a good snuggle and cuddle. You’ll never be bored with this sweet guy around and he’ll always be there to support you. 😊

A Grade 2 heart murmur was auscultated during his young kitten exam, however no signs of congestive heart failure noted. Heart murmurs are not uncommon in kittens who are growing quickly and are often outgrown.
