My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rodger, the adorable boy with both good looks AND personality. We think Rodger is somewhere between 2-4 years old, maybe a cattle dog/husky mix, currently just under 50 lbs. He came in to the shelter as a stray severely malnourished and with a significant limp. The vets determined he had a dislocated hip from an old injury. He is now recovering from his surgery and doing fantastic in his foster home. He is doing great with rehab and gaining some much-needed weight.

Rodger is UTD on all vaccines, HW negative, and neutered. He has medium energy, is great with leash walking, house trained, crate trained, knows basic obedience, and is good with dogs of all sizes. At the shelter he ignored the cats in the cat room (his foster home doesn’t have cats). If you are looking for a sweet companion, Rodger would be an excellent choice.
