Balto absolutely loves other dogs, not to mention people!
He is housetrained and working on crate training. He was found wandering the streets of Toppenish, WA. He's about a 1.5 young, reportedly "never" barks, and while he'd be fine with a shorter fence, he does looks for gaps to go explore.
He is very curious about the kitties in his foster home, but not in a malicious way.
Balto is FANTASTIC with kids (he's been around babies and toddlers), strangers, and we'll say it again..... other dogs!
