Sadie is an elegant black domestic shorthair spayed female. She and her sister, Sassafrass are seeking a new forever home because their elderly caregiver and best friend is no longer able to care for them. They really miss their human, but it has helped that they have each other to rely on to feel safe. She's been around dogs and doesn't mind them as long as they don't chase her. She's an easy-going, cheerful gal. She enjoys helping around the house with your chores, Her self-appointed task is keeping you company while you do your work. She isn't overly chatty, but has very expressive eyes. Sadie also enjoys playing with toys (the little cloth mice are her favorite); but she also loves to sit next to you on the sofa and gently purr while you read or watch your favorite TV show. She also enjoys rolling over and showing you her cute white patch on her tummy. Sadie is a sweetheart who loves her treats and is a superb listener and a great companion. Our current fee for a cat or kitten is $80.00
We require a signed application that is reviewed by our volunteers.
Adopter must agree that the pet will be Inside Only and must have permission from their landlord if they are renting.
Before adoption all of our pets are thoroughly examined by one of our vets. They have received a rabies shot, series of vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV and are always spayed or neutered.

We are a small and devoted group of volunteers who started this organization in 2010. Our goal is to find homes for as many cats and kittens as we are physically and financially able to do. We have no facility and all of our pets are cared for in loving foster homes. We do as much as we can with the funds from adoption fees, donations and contributions from all of our volunteers.
