- Submit the Pre-Adoption Survey found at ci.independence.mo.us/AnimalServices/AdoptableAnimals under the Adoptable Animals tab.
- Meet the Pet
- Once you submit the Pre-Adoption Survey to PetAdoptions@indepmo.org we can schedule an appointment for you to meet the animal!
- Take the Pet Home
- If everything goes well, we will complete the adoption!
