My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bibi is a little firecracker - super duper playful and quite loving, she purrs purrs purrs all the time. This kitty will be great in a home with kids to play with her and other kitty-friendly pets. When she first came to us her eye was very bad and ulcerated. She has recovered nicely but she does still have a cloudy spot on her eye you can clearly see; it doesn’t impact her whatsoever and definitely doesn’t slow the peppy little girl down. She’s had a few recurring upper respiratory infections but they do go away with a round of meds. It will be best to keep her on inexpensive store-bought lysine to keep her immune system boosted. If looking for a pair she is great with her handsome foster brother, mini cougar Will.

More about this rescue

We have created a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to eliminating cruelty, abuse and the overpopulation of animals. The Humane Society is committed to creating the awareness of animal rights throughout the Romeoville community by providing numerous animal welfare programs, including pet adoptions, humane education and cruelty investigations. ALL animals available for adoption are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, fecal tested, fiv/felv tested (cats only), heartworm tested (dogs only) and microchipped. It is the policy of the Romeoville Humane Society to spay or neuter all animals in its care in an effort to reduce the homeless pet population.
