Meet Habanero – The Snuggly Shoulder Cat with a Wild Side!
Habanero has spent most of his life in rescue, but he’s ready to spice up yours—preferably from his favorite perch: your shoulders! This 2-year-old black-and-white charmer was trapped as an older kitten with his sisters, Carolina and Bell. Once the shy one, he’s now the most outgoing of the bunch!
What’s his favorite hobby? Wand toys! Habanero goes absolutely wild for them—jumping, leaping, and even climbing into laps mid-play. After a good workout, he’s all about snuggles, curling up in your lap, resting in your arms, or draping himself around your neck like a purring scarf. Open his cage, and he’ll spring right up for cuddles like a pro!
To help him adjust, Habanero should start in a small, quiet space (a crate in a calm room works wonders). He also must have another feline friend—whether that’s one of his sisters or another friendly cat—to help him feel secure. Give him a little patience, and you’ll have a shoulder buddy, cuddle king, and wand-chasing champion for life.
