My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sheriff Buzby, a smart and affectionate 2-year-old who loves to learn, cuddle, and keep his human companions company. Once he’s had some playtime, Buzby happily settles in with a favorite toy or blanket and enjoys quiet time by your side. He’s made wonderful progress with training and enjoys car rides, hiking adventures, and spending time with his people—volunteers say he’s an absolute delight and a loyal friend. Sheriff Buzby will thrive in a calm, structured home with adults or older teens, and is ready to share his big heart with a family who’ll celebrate his wins and help him keep learning.

To meet Sheriff Buzby, visit the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center at 1845 Pontius Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025. We're open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. You can also email us at adoptla@bestfriends.org. Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved. Come by and see if he is the perfect match for you!
