Meet Ursula—our grey and white beauty who has been waiting over 600 days for her furever family! That’s right, furiends—while her mama and some siblings were adopted, Ursula and her siblings Flounder and Ariel are still searching for their happily ever after.
🐾 A Little Timid, A Whole Lot Adorable 🐾
We recently sat down with Ursula for an exclusive “Under the Sea” interview, and here’s what she had to say:
Scruffy Paws Volunteer: Good morning, Ursula! I’m sorry you’re still waiting for your family, you poor unfortunate soul!
Ursula: Oh, darling, I do enjoy being here with these nice humans, but it would be simply divine to have a home of my own! I don’t mind other cats, but having my hammock all to myself is quite the luxury.
SPV: When you first arrived, you were so shy…how are you feeling now?
Ursula: I’ve mended all my ways—repented, seen the light, and made a switch… Especially when it comes to laser lights! I’m still a bit reserved, but I enjoy attention—on my terms, of course.
SPV: What are your hobbies, oh mystical sea queen?
Ursula: Tunnels, laser beams, and anything feathery. I do lead a busy life, you know.
SPV: And how do you feel about kids and dogs?
Ursula: Life’s full of tough choices, isn’t it? But if I had the choice, I’d prefer to be your one and only fur friend. Young kids and their noise? Not really my thing, darling.
🎭 What Ursula Needs in a Home:
🏡 A quiet, patient family who will let her blossom at her own pace
🐾 A cozy hammock and a window with a view (non-negotiable, obviously)
🎾 Toys with feathers—because a queen deserves her entertainment
🐈⬛ A home where she can be the main character (other calm cats are fine, but no dogs or young kids, please!)
✨ Maybe with a little magic (or just the click of an application), we can find Ursula the loving home she truly deserves! ✨
