If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We obtained Finn when he was about a year old. Since then he was attached to my wife for about 4 years. My wife passed away after a long fight with cancer at the end of last year. Since then, it has become extremely difficult to care for our 3 children as a single dad.
I am hoping to find a family with someone that Finn can replace that attachment he had his my wife. A family that can care for him and give him the attention he deserves.
I would describe Finn as very loyal and sweet once he gets to know you. Playful and charming. Finn is timid and nervous around people he doesn’t know. He will bark and growl, but he has never bit or attacked a person. But once he warms up to people, he’s a big cuddle, wants to be by you, demands pets by putting his head into your lap and hands, and loves to go for walks.
