Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lovey is a friendly, just under two-year-old, gray and white female cat who is incredibly affectionate towards humans, though she can sometimes be a bit reserved around other cats. However, there are two exceptions to this – her daughters, Dearie and Darling! We would be absolutely thrilled if she could be adopted with them and experience the joy of a family unit.
Lovey is a playful, talkative, and silly cat who clearly loves to socialize. She loves to cuddle and will sometimes even groom you, showing her appreciation and comfort.
Lovey has received all necessary preventative care, including spaying, vaccinations, microchipping, and testing negative for FeLV/FIV. She has also been treated for fleas and dewormed. An important piece of information to share is that Lovey is a FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) survivor. While a reinfection with FIP is rare, we highly recommend that any prospective adopters educate themselves about this disease and be vigilant in recognizing any potential signs or symptoms.

We are an at-home foster and foster from our homes. When you apply please be specific as to what cat you are interested in, as they are often not fostered in the same place.

More about this rescue
Conquer the Colony is a 501c3 non-profit cat rescue. We are an in-home fostering rescue - meaning we foster from our own homes and do not have a central shelter space. Our main focus and mission is TNR - the trap, neuter, and return of feral cats. We are a small rescue that relies solely on donations and volunteer time. We work tirelessly to improve the lives of all cats, both feral and friendly.
