Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ms Peanut!
About: This spunky gal is very friendly and confident, currently managing the shelter`s office while she waits for her forever home. Ms Peanut absolutely loves attention and is fond of the shelter staff -- who she rubs against the legs of for scratches and sits near to judge their work. She enjoys being brushed and would make an ideal companion for those in search of a cat that, while enjoying affection, can also be independent. Ms Peanut is very well behaved in her office environment, not causing any mess and quietly entertaining herself or rolling around on the ground to show off to visiters. While this lady does love affection, she is also very big on boundaries -- well, HER boundaries at least, which she will let you know about by smacking your hand if you dare pet her too long or in the wrong place.
Ideal Home: Ms Peanut is an ideal pet for a quieter home that wants a cuddly companion who will also be alright on her own for a while.
If you are interested in adopting Ms Peanut, please give us a call at 705-878-4618, send an email to info@hskl.ca or fill out one of our online adoption applications. This sassy girl can`t wait to meet you!
