Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Star is a 2-year-old female hound with a goofy personality and a heart full of love! She’s the kind of pup who can make anyone smile — especially when she does her signature move: tilting her head when she listens to you as if she understands every word.
This silly, sweet girl loves attention, playtime, and being around people. Her fun-loving spirit and expressive face make her an absolute joy to be around. Whether she’s sniffing around on a walk or showing off her hound charm, Star is always ready to brighten your day.
Star would thrive in a home that enjoys laughter, cuddles, and outdoor adventures. She’s ready to be the shining light in someone’s life — could that be you?
If you’re looking for a goofy, loving companion who’ll steal your heart (and maybe your spot on the couch), Star is your girl!
Star came to us heart worm positive. She was heart worm treated and is now waiting the required amount of time before being retested. All dogs in our care are on monthly heart worm prevention, as any dog should be.
At this time, if you have any dogs at home, they must come to the facility for a meet and greet.
All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
