My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JB is an adorable puppy with a heart as big as his long legs! A hound, JB was the largest of his litter of nine, and he carries his big-brother charm with a gentle and loving demeanor.

This handsome boy has a beautiful white coat sprinkled with warm brown spots and the softest, floppiest hound ears you’ve ever seen. JB’s curious nature is evident in the way he loves to explore the world with his nose and mouth, true to his hound heritage.

While he can be a little shy at first, JB’s sweet personality quickly shines through, especially when he’s around kind people and friendly dogs. He’s been an absolute delight at the sanctuary, forming wonderful bonds with everyone he meets.

Whether he’s sniffing out new adventures or enjoying a cozy cuddle, JB is sure to steal your heart. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion with a nose for discovery, JB is ready to join your family and make every day an adventure!

More about this shelter

Hallie Hill provides sanctuary for abandoned, abused, or neglected animals- a home with food, medical care, shelter, and love. We have many animals who have been considered a little less adoptable by others because of age or lack of socialization. There are many incredible animals at the sanctuary regardless of their past.
