Constantine is an absolute gem! Constantine was tossed outside by an uncaring family because he was unneutered. Luckily a kind neighbor alerted rescues and Constantine was quickly taken in. Constantine is now very happily inside, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and very ready for his forever home.
