CAT COTTAGE VISITING HOURS - BY APPOINTMENT
- Evenings Monday - Friday, between 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- Daytime or weekends can also arranged - let us know what works for you

- We are located behind the animal hospital. Go through the tall gate to find us.

ADOPTION PROCESS & FEES
- You must be 21 years or older to adopt.
- There is an application & approval process. Applications typically take 3 days to process.
- Once approved, the adoption fee is $150 per pet.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
- Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Aids (FIV)
- Vaccinations (FVRCP/Distemper & Rabies)
- Spay or neuter of the cat
- Microchipping

Animals in Distress is a 501(c)(3), all volunteer, non-profit organization that has serviced the Mercer County area for more than 50 years. Established in 1969, we are one of the oldest rescue groups in the area. Our primary focus has been the rescue of abandoned, abused and neglected cats and kittens.
