My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bentley. He was one of several dogs we were able to save from a Code Red situation just two days before being euthanized and now this brave pup is now looking for a forever home. Bentley is full of life and has a lot of puppy energy at just 6-7 months old. He loves to play with other dogs and is great with kids! Bentley is a smart, loves treats and also balls are one of his favorite toys to play with. At night, he will sleep well in a crate, but come morning, he's ready to get out and start the day! Bentley has a curious nature, especially when it comes to cats. While he hasn't tried to hurt them, he does like to chase, so a home without cats would be best. Bentley weighs about 28 pounds.This lovable, playful pup is ready for his second chance—could it be with you?

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).

Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Bentley's adoption fee is $450. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.

**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
