Naga is a charming twelve pound Chihuahua mix, estimated to be 12+ years old, yet he behaves much younger. With his striking pointed ears always standing tall, he is a handsome little fellow. He came to us after his previous owner had to transition to an assisted living facility.
Naga enjoys sitting beside you during TV time or chilling in a soft doggie bed close to you, and he sleeps soundly through the night. He is fully house-trained and knows to do his business outside. His greatest desire is to find that special someone who can fill the void in his life and provide him with the love and companionship he longs for.

Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet. Potential adopters must follow our adoption process, which includes an adoption application, an interview, reference check, and a home visit. Pre-qualification Applications may be submitted in advance will be kept on file.
BEFORE COMPLETING THE ADOPTION QUESTIONAIRE, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
• Lifestyle (House, Apartment, Single, Busy schedule, etc.)
• Preference of male or female dog or cat.
• Desired personality and energy level (playfulness, calm, dominant, needy, etc.)
• Appropriate age of the pet for your family.
• Age of any children/grandchildren you may have. Ordinarily, our pets are not suitable for homes with children under 5.
• Have a family meeting to discuss how adding a pet will impact your lifestyle and ensure that everyone in the household is ready to adopt a new dog or cat.
THE PROCESS
1. Submit an application. We make every effort to respond to all applications received within 3 days.
2. Adoption Applications may be submitted for pre-approval and will be kept on file.
3. Initial interviews by phone or email will be made within one week after receipt of your application.
4. If the application is approved, we will schedule a home visit. All members of your family must be present.
5. After home visit and upon approval, an Adoption Contract will be processed.
6. Non Refundable Adoption Fees: Dogs: $250.00 Cats $150.00 we encourage additional donations to help us care for future pets.
