Jasper is a very sweet boy, but due to an incident with a neighbors dog ( the dog was fine and the human was never in danger). the county said he will be labeled a level 3 ( though I am going to fight that)
He is actually a very timid dog, still working on not jumping, leash skills, and listening. Needs an EXPIERENCED person and probably better out of county, he has never had problems with dogs before and we're pretty sure the neighbor is lying but we have to inform an adopter of this information.
