Roxy is soft, and sweet. She was shy at first, but has really blossomed into a gentle, loving companion. She’s incredibly soft and loves being petted when approached slowly — lately, she’s even started cuddling up on laps! Roxy enjoys playing with toys, watching the world through windows, and trilling adorably when she’s happy or exploring. She has a friendly curiosity toward the dog and often greets her nose-to-nose to check her out.

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
