My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marcy is an adorable lady who enjoys life and being around people. In spite of her humble beginnings, she has a wonderful spirit about her. Always a smile on her face, and sure to welcome a treat two. She doesn't know a stranger!

We were contacted by a chief of police in a small rural town about Marcy. The owners had severely neglected her. There were sores all over her body, and the dog collar was starting to grow into her neck, but with the right medical attention and some TLC she began to heal physically.

All of the dogs in our care love her! With her around, it's always a dog party. Weather it's playing chase, or bathing in the sun, Marcy is always up for a good time. She doesn't excellent in public around crowds. Doesn't get over stimulated and remains quite low-key.
she has been around cats, but seems to avoid them. A little nervous around them

We have taken care of her vetting: spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heart worm negative. She is current on heart worm prevention. Currently, she's being fostered in Arkansas, but transport is available to New England. Her adoption fee is $450 and that does cover the cost of transport as well.

Go meet their pets

We have many events in the Central Arkansas area! And if you are not in the Central Arkansas area, we are more than happy to send you videos and flood you with photos of your pup. :) We operate in New England as well, and typically are there for 4-5 days out of the month. Also, please speak to the foster parent to find out anything you'd like to know. We are more than happy to connect you!

More about this rescue

Our goal is to educate the public on spaying/neutering their pets, as well as to advocate/provide safe temporary homes for displaced, neglected, or abused animals. We rehabilitate, vet, and place in permanent homes, as well as offering transport to the New England area.
