Meet Peter the Rooster
Peter has made himself a resident of Lincoln/Cumberland shelter. He spends his days walking around the outside of the shelter keeping animals and staff in line. At night, he roosts in a converted shed.
Peter is quiet and personable. He enjoys playing Where's Waldo in the garden, sunning himself on animal control vehicles, and strutting by the dogs to watch them bark.
