Ami is a sweet 2-year-old, 55-pound pit mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. She’s the type of pup who wants to be as close to you as possible and will happily snuggle up whenever she gets the chance.
This smart girl thrives on routine and is a quick learner. She loves going for walks, though she’s still working on keeping her focus when squirrels or other dogs cross her path. Ami has a wonderful balance of energy—playful and spirited when it’s time for fun, but calm and relaxed when it’s time to chill.
Ami is crate trained and will let you know in the morning when she’s ready for breakfast. She’s also adorably vocal when she knows it’s time for a walk or mealtime. She currently lives with another dog and a cat—she and her dog friend play beautifully together, while the cat enjoys teasing them both. Because of this, Ami would do best in a home with another playful pup and a fenced yard to safely run and romp.
