My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This incredibly adorable little face belongs to Fern, from our Charlotte's Web litter. She and her siblings were born to a stray cat and were found outside when they were about 5 week old. They have been growing up in one of our foster homes and are doing a good job of learning what it's like to be part of a family. They're still a little bit shy and it takes them a while to warm up to new people, so they're looking for quiet home with cat-experienced people.

Fern is a bold and affectionate cat who loves human attention, once she gets to know you. She’s happiest when she can curl up in a warm lap, purring contentedly while being held and petted. Her ideal nap spot is on a high perch where she can relax while keeping an eye on everything around her. A comfy bed is nice, but a good vantage point is even better! Always curious, she enjoys exploring her surroundings and finding the perfect spot to rest. While fearless in most situations, she prefers quiet, gentle play over high-energy games. And if you want to win her heart? Treats! Churu and Party Mix are her favorites. Fern will thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention, soaking up all the love and affection she craves.

Fern will not be comfortable in a home with young children and she is looking for a home with another cuddly cat that can spend time with her. She isn't looking for a cat that will want to wrestle her or play with her. She either needs a sweet cat that will want to baby her and cuddle up with her, or she'd be OK with a friend that is comfortable with Fern hogging all of the attention from their people. If you don't already have another cat in the home, Fern can be adopted together with her brother, Templeton. The two get along very well.
