My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I am Alfie.  My foster mom says I'm a most handsome and very special guy!  I am looking for some very special people to share their home with me - Forever.   I bet you are wondering just what would make my forever family so special?  Well, people with patience and understanding, you see I'm still a shy guy and a bit skittish too. My kitty mom was a great teacher - she taught me to be very cautious and careful out there in the wild.  It has taken me a while to get use to domestic life and to trust people. Being picked up is not my favorite thing, but I will purr you a beautiful song when you carefully scratch behind my ears.  Foster mom also says I am quite chill.  I hope its ok to mention this, I really love Churu treats.  If you have Churus available you will find me very interested in making your aquaintance.  By the way, I love the other kitties in my foster folks' home.  It would be great to be with some other kitties too.                  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxA word from my foster mom - Alfie is making great progress.  He is more playful now, both on his own and engaging in play with the other foster kitties.  Alfie is letting me hold him more but still not relaxed while being held.  I think his favorite thing is sleeping in bed with us now :)
