Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lemon is a very adorable male mouse born 07/28/2024 that was surrendered due to his owner moving and lacking the resources to care for him or his brothers.
Lemon needs a special owner, as he is quite skittish and has a small mammary tumor. He has seen our vet and they recommend monitoring for any changes in his quality of life, but are not recommending removal or any special care at this time. But his adopter should be prepared for potential medical bills to keep him comfortable if the growth progresses.
He loves burrowing, foraging for herbs, and his wheel. He is a super cute guy and very fun to watch. Once he gets used to you he is comfortable being observed, but would really prefer not to be handled. We are working with him on handling, but we haven't had him very long so it will take time.
We can meet for adoptions within 1 hour of Minneapolis or Faribault, MN. Potentially further- please inquire and we can discuss!
