Meet Vegas, a two year old Staffie mix weighing 55 pounds.
Vegas was found running around with Los before being brought in to us. Vegas is a friendly, playful boy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! This affectionate pup adores attention and will happily soak up all the snuggles you have to offer, especially belly-rubs. He`s currently working on his manners—especially the `off` command—but with a little consistency (and a few treats!), he`s a fast learner. Vegas is super treat-motivated, which makes training a fun and easy bonding experience.
This outgoing boy would thrive in a home where he gets plenty of love, playtime, and positive reinforcement. If you`re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s eager to please, Vegas might just be your perfect match.

Our mission is to help you find a pet that meets your expectations and lifestyle. You’re invited to visit with a prospective pet in one of our "Meet N' Greet" rooms. We also offer "Meet N' Greets" for adopters wishing to introduce a current dog to a potential new playmate.

We are a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization proud to be serving the people and animals of Yakima County for over 100 years. We practice and promote the humane treatment of animals through animal control services, pet adoption, humane education, information, referral and quality animal care.
