Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Shrimp a fun loving, treat obsessed sweetheart who’s sure to steal your heart (and maybe your snack stash, too)! This playful boy is bursting with energy and curiosity, always ready to chase a toy or join in on some feline fun. But when the treat bag comes out, Shrimp’s focus turns laser-sharp. He’ll do just about anything for a tasty reward! Beyond his silly, snack-driven antics, Shrimp is incredibly sweet and affectionate, and he gets along wonderfully with other cats. Whether he’s playing, cuddling, or patiently waiting for his next treat, Shrimp’s joyful spirit makes him an absolute delight to be around. He’s the perfect companion for someone looking for a playful, loving cat with a big personality and an even bigger appetite for treats! To meet Shrimp please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org.

More about this shelter
Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) is one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in South Florida with the mission of rescuing and sheltering abandoned and abused cats and dogs with the goal of finding them new homes. APR's adoption center has about 150 cats and 30 dogs, all of which receive nutritious meals, veterinary care, enrichment and love.
APR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded in 1996 by a group of volunteers who were trapping, spaying and neutering feral cats and quickly realized the greater need to help abandoned pets and advocate for a no-kill community. APR is funded solely by generous donors and grants.
