My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sprinkle is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!

Sprinkle is an eight-year-old tabby male. He will appreciate a slow and gentle introduction to his new home and some extra patience from his new family. He is an incredibly sweet and loving boy, he just needs to feel secure in his environment. He is so handsome and has giant paws. He wants to be loved very much. He is making great progress in his foster home. He is such a wonderful cat once he feels secure, he loves affection. The way to his heart is with treats!. He is getting along very well with his foster sister and is coming out and exploring more and more. He enjoys being brushed and loves his scratching post that looks like a carrot. He enjoys being brushed and is gentle and curious. He also likes to chase the laser pointer.

His earlier foster reports noted "Our man has made his way out from under the couch. Every morning he sits at my door that is cracked open. Sometimes he comes in and waits by my bed. He meows for me to get up (very good driven, but does not need more food). After, he sits by the carrot scratch post and observes. He gets along with Penny, but does not want to play with her. He is interested in sniffing her and sometimes they do kiss! Previously, when we would walk up to him, he would run under the couch, but recently he takes a few steps and stays. He lets us pet him everywhere besides his stomach and paws and has allowed me to pick him up"

We are so thrilled to report that he is now sitting on his fosters lap to be pet and we are so happy for him! Sprinkle is such a sweetheart and the rewards in forming bonds are so huge. He has become a great companion.

He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and had preventative treatments to ensure he is ready for his new home.
